Who we are
A platform, and a programme
that runs on it.
BakatFit is a Jasmiza Solutions platform. It measures job skills: what a role needs, what a person actually has, and the gap in between.
Career Navigator is the coaching programme built on top of it. Instead of handing you a report and wishing you luck, a trained coach works with you for twelve months to close the gaps the report found.
Most career advice fails for the same reason. It tells you to improve, without telling you exactly what to improve, or checking whether you actually did.
How we work
Three things we hold to.
Proof, not opinion
High skill ratings need evidence, and a coach or expert checks them with you. Self-rating alone is not enough.
Stay until the end
A report is not a result. We stay for the full twelve months, and finish with an introduction.
One standard for all
Every coach is trained the same way and runs sessions the same way, so quality does not depend on luck.
