Getting started
Send us a message through the contact page. We reply within 24 hours, then send you the link to the free assessment.
You answer questions online about how you work, what you value, and where you want to go. It takes 3 to 5 days at your own pace. There is no payment and no commitment.
That is normal, and it is fine. The report shows how you work and what you value. Your coach uses it to help you choose a goal. You do not need to know before you start.
No. The assessment and the first meeting are free, and there is no obligation. You decide afterwards.
The programme
12 months. You have 24 sessions of two hours each, about twice a month, across four stages.
One trained Career Navigator coach for the whole year. If your report shows a gap in a topic your coach does not specialise in, we bring in a Skill Mentor for that part.
Every session follows the same format and works towards the goal you set at the start. What you cover depends on the gaps your assessment found.
Yes. It is part of the programme. The introduction happens in the last three months, after we have prepared you for it.
You and your coach review what changed. You then decide whether to continue, refer someone else, or finish.
The assessment
The free one shows what kind of career fits you. The second one measures your skills against the specific job you are aiming for. It only makes sense once you have chosen that goal.
The skills assessment only means something once you know which job you are aiming for. That is why we set it up after you join, based on your target role.
Every skill is rated on five levels, from Novice to Expert. You rate yourself first, then your coach or an expert checks each rating with you in a session.
For the top two levels, Mastery and Expert, a claim on its own is not enough. Proof keeps the report honest, which is what makes it useful as a plan.
Cost and payment
The assessment and your first meeting are free. The 12-month programme is one package, and you pay every three months. Your coach tells you the price at the first meeting, once they understand what you are working towards.
The programme is built around your goal and your gaps, so the fit matters. We would rather talk it through with you first, after you have already had something useful for free.
Practical
Within 24 hours, or one working day. That is our standard, not just a promise.
We use SSL certificates, TLS 1.2 and above, and we follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Our office is at D2-1-13 OUG Parklane, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
