That means the quality of your year does not depend on luck. It depends on a standard that every coach is held to.
Skill Mentors for special topics
If your report shows a gap in a topic your coach does not specialise in, we bring in a Skill Mentor who does, rather than pretending otherwise.
Someone checks your ratings
Your coach or an assigned expert goes through your skill ratings with you in a session. Nothing is accepted without being checked.

In a session
What your coach actually does.
Before you join
Reads your full report, and looks for the places where your strengths, your values and your goal do not line up.
At your first meeting
Walks you through the report and helps you name one goal that is worth a year of work.
During setup
Sets up your skills assessment against your target job, then runs the session where your ratings are checked.
Through the year
Runs all 24 sessions, brings in Skill Mentors where needed, and keeps the plan pointed at your goal.
At the end
Prepares you for the introduction to a career sponsor, then reviews the year with you.
