Everyday work skills
Skills everyone needs, whatever the job: communication, teamwork, problem solving, honesty at work, customer service, using technology, and handling change.
Home / Assessment
The first shows you what kind of career fits you. The second measures your skills against the job you want next.
Assessment 1 — free
You answer a set of questions online, at your own pace. We turn your answers into a personal career report.
It takes 3 to 5 days. There is no payment and no commitment. A coach then goes through the report with you.
Assessment 2 — after you join
This one measures your skills against the job you are aiming for, not the job you have now. The result becomes the plan for your 24 sessions. It has six steps.
You fill in your background, your studies, and your work history, so the system has the full picture.

The rating scale
You cannot simply tick "Mastery" or "Expert". You must attach proof, and your coach or an expert checks every rating with you in a session.

Managing skills, matched to your level: from planning work and leading a team, up to setting strategy and running a company.
