    We have a short call to understand where you are in your career, what you want, and whether this is right for you.

    The free assessment

    You answer questions about how you work, what you value, and where you want to go. You do it online, at your own pace.

    Your report is made

    The platform turns your answers into one personal career report.

  5. 05

    Your first meeting

    Your coach goes through the report with you. Together you name the one goal worth working on for a year.

    You join the programme

    If it is right for you, you join the 12-month package. Payment is made every three months.

    Your skills assessment

    You rate your own skills against the job you are aiming for. You attach proof for any high rating you claim.

    Someone checks your ratings

    You join a short session with your coach or an expert. They go through your ratings and confirm them.

    Your gap report and calendar

    You get the report showing what your target job needs and where you are now. Your 24 sessions are booked in.

The short version

How long does each part take?

Getting in touch to your first meeting Usually 5 to 10 working days. We reply within 24 hours, and you take 3 to 5 days to finish the free assessment.
First meeting to joining The same meeting if you are ready. Up to a week if you want time to think about it.
Joining to your first session Two to three weeks. This covers your skills assessment, the checking session, and setting your calendar.
The programme itself 12 months. 24 sessions of two hours each, about twice a month, across four stages.
Getting ready and the introduction The last three months, months 10 to 12, before your 12-month review.
