You get in touch
We reply within 24 hours. You then take 3 to 5 days to finish the free assessment.

Your first meeting
Your coach goes through the report with you. You pick one clear goal together.

You decide
Decide in the same meeting, or take up to a week. Payment is every three months.

Getting you set up
Two to three weeks. Skills assessment, checking, and your 24-session calendar.

The programme starts
12 months. 24 sessions of two hours, about twice a month, in four stages.
